Hello, everyone! Long time no see!
I’ve been swamped with packing, moving, unpacking, and a recent bout of extremely bad cold/congestion. Now I’m about to go out of town to see family for my birthday and for the first time in a year or so, so, really looking forward to it!
But in the busyness of it all, this blog has been on my mind. I’ve made a point to update this frequently back in 2021, and it felt good. And this blog has somehow kept going, even over the years of neglect, busyness, depression. So I want to keep it going.
So even though I’m swamped until mid-August, I wanted to share something!
Today I submitted 3 poems to 8-10 different places, and one thing that helped me was this awesome document, charting various poetry publications that are currently taking submissions. Not only does the chart share what places are accepting submissions, but if there is a fee or not, when the deadlines are, and the sites where you can submit (via email or Submittable, usually).
